Everything went according to plan when third ranked Nassjo (6-2) outscored at home 6th ranked Hogsbo (4-4) 93-66 on Sunday. The game without a history. Nassjo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 22 Hogsbo turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Serbian power forward Srdjan Damjanovic (204-79) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and guard Fredrik Heikkinen (185-85) who added 19 points and 4 assists during the contest. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players saving starting five for next games. Forward Anton Bergang (200-93) responded with 14 points and 7 rebounds and center Robert Isaksson (202-87) scored 15 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Nassjo maintains third position in South with 6-2 record behind leader Malbas. Newly promoted Hogsbo keeps the sixth place with four games lost. Nassjo will face IK Eos (#10) in Lund in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Hogsbo will play at home against Brahe Basket (#4) in Huskvarna and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
