There was a minor upset when 9th ranked IK Eos (2-6) were defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Norrkoping BK (1-7) 77-73 on Sunday. IK Eos were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Norrkoping BK made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 IK Eos turnovers. IK Eos were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Niklas Rydgren (-88) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Caleb Musie (168-95) who added 15 points and 5 assists during the contest. Guard Adnan Karovic (187-88) responded with 18 points and guard Kofi Adanovur (188-91) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Four IK Eos players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Norrkoping BK left bottom position moving up to eleventh place in South, which they share with Sanda. Loser IK Eos keep the ninth position with six games lost. Norrkoping BK will face higher ranked Helsingborg (#6) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
