Rather expected game when 9th ranked Hapoel Yokneam/Megido (2-5) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Elitzur Yavne (4-3) 87-80 on Tuesday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 29-16. But Hapoel Yokneam/Megido won third quarter 20-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for American forward Kyle Wilson (206-83, college: Wichita St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Nir Golan (180-86) helped adding 23 points. Four Elitzur Yavne players scored in double figures.
