We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Logrono where 6th ranked Space Tanit Eivissa (5-4) was crushed by seventh ranked Las Gaunas (6-4) 70-48 on Saturday. The game without a history. Las Gaunas led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Las Gaunas outrebounded Space Tanit Eivissa 43-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. American power forward Genai Walker (190-82, college: Cent.Arkansas) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Paula Estebas Armas (-93) chipped in 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Las Gaunas' coach felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. point guard Juana Molina-Prados (-91) produced 13 points and 5 rebounds and Alicia Gonzalez (-86) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
