Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Fontedoso Carrefour (4-3) and Feve Oviedo (2-5), which took place in Oviedo. Higher ranked Fontedoso Carrefour lost to twelfth ranked Feve Oviedo in a road game 67-79. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Fontedoso Carrefour. It looked good early as Fontedoso Carrefour took an 4-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Feve Oviedo had a 29-18 second period charge getting the lead and Fontedoso Carrefour was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 67-79. Guard Luis Parejo (196-89) produced 26 points and forward Anaterve Cruz (196-86) added 7 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Feve Oviedo moved-up to eleventh place. Fontedoso Carrefour at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Feve Oviedo's next round opponent will be higher ranked Ourense (#5) on the road and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
