Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Maccabi Ashdod (1-5) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Hapoel Holon (4-3) 93-84 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 51-40 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Hapoel Holon made 24-of-29 free shots (82.8 percent) during the game, while Maccabi Ashdod only scored eight points from the stripe. Hapoel Holon will face league's leader Maccabi T-A in Tel-Aviv in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Maccabi Ashdod will play at home against Maccabi Rishon (#7) in Rishon Le-Zion and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
