The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Olimpico de La Banda (1-1) in Buenos Aires on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by Obras (3-0) 100-87. Obras dominated down low during the game scoring 78 of its points in the paint compared to Olimpico de La Banda's 46. It was a good game for international power forward Juan Gutierrez (205-83) who led his team to a victory with 29 points and 9 rebounds.
