Important game to mention about took place in Rapla. Second ranked Tartu Ulikool (9-1) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 4th placed Rapla (5-5) 74-73 on Saturday evening. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Rapla won third quarter 21-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for international guard Kristo Saage (184-85) who led the winners and scored 26 points. International guard Rain Veideman (192-91) accounted for 19 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Swingman Sven Kaldre (197-91) came up with 21 points and the former international forward Andre Parn (200-77) added 14 points respectively for Rapla in the defeat. Tartu Ulikool keeps a position of league leader. Rapla at the other side keeps the fourth place with five games lost. Tartu Ulikool will play against BC Rakvere (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Rapla will have a break next round.
