Everything could happen in Comodoro R. at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Lanus and 13th ranked GECR Indalo had identical 1-3 record. But GECR Indalo was not able to use a home court advantage and was crushed by the opponent from Buenos Aires 96-77 on Friday night. The game was mostly controlled by Lanus. GECR Indalo was better in second period 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lanus had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. GECR Indalo was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. American center Terrell Taylor (203-81, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Dream Team Management) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and the former international center Diego Guaita (204-83) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Five Lanus players scored in double figures.
