Undefeated leader Ros Casares delivered the ninth consecutive win on Saturday night. This time they crushed 13th ranked Navarra Pamplona (1-8) 98-61 in Valencia. Ros Casares dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Navarra Pamplona's 38. Ros Casares forced 21 Navarra Pamplona turnovers and outrebounded them 41-23 including 26 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Belgian center Ann Wauters (194-80, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. French center Isabelle Yacoubou-Dehoui (190-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Five Ros Casares players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Melissa Dennett (188-83, college: Colorado St.) who recorded 15 points and 6 rebounds and the former international guard Maria Begona Garcia (175-76, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 9 points and 6 assists respectively. Navarra Pamplona's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Ros Casares (9-0) have an impressive series of nine victories in a row.
