An interesting game for Ullern (8-2) which played road game in Bergen against 4th ranked Gimle (4-6). Third ranked Ullern managed to get a 13-point victory 63-50. Gimle was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 22-8 charge of Ullern, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 26 Gimle turnovers. The former international guard Kristine Kristiansen (-75) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 5 assists and 10 steals to lead the effort and the former international guard Tina Moen (183-86, college: IPFW) supported her with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Even a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds by American power forward Amber Land (188-85, college: E.Michigan) did not help to save the game for Gimle. Her fellow American import guard D'lesha Lloyde (183-86, college: Clemson) added 14 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for lost side. Ullern have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Ulriken. Gimle lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with six games lost. Ullern's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Oslo Ammerud.
