No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Niigata Albirex (9-8) defeated at home 8th ranked Saitama Broncos (6-11) 93-80 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 57-42 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Niigata Albirex outrebounded Saitama Broncos 49-31 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage.
