Fileni BPA (6-6) outlasted Aget Imola (5-7) in overtime by four points 78-74. Aget Imola was tied at the half and again at the end of regular time. But they could not keep up in overtime eventually losing that period 8-12. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Richard McConnell (182-89, college: St.Mary's, CA, agency: Priority Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Jeff Brooks (203-89, college: Penn St.) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Fileni BPA players scored in double figures. Finnish power forward Tuukka Kotti (205-81, college: Providence) answered with 16 points and 9 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian guard Patricio Prato (196-79) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Aget Imola. Fileni BPA moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Tezenis Verona. Aget Imola at the other side dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. Fileni BPA's next round opponent will be Assi Ostuni (#11) on the road. Aget Imola will play against the league's leader Trenkwalder RE having rather not much hope for a victory.
