Very predictable result when second ranked Hamamatsu Phoenix (13-8) beat on the road 9th ranked Saitama Broncos (6-13) 87-70 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Hamamatsu Phoenix. Saitama Broncos was better in fourth quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hamamatsu Phoenix forced 19 Saitama Broncos turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists.
