An interesting game for Boras Basket (13-7) which hosted in Boras 3rd ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (11-8). Second ranked Boras Basket had an easy win 93-76. The game was mostly controlled by Boras Basket. Norrkoping Dolphins was better in fourth quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Norrkoping Dolphins 36-24 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Boras Basket players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Lebanese-American guard Omar Krayem (185-86, college: Cal.Baptist) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists and American-Israeli guard Jason Thomas (191-82, college: American, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) who added 17 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. American-British forward Oladapo Ayuba (198-86, college: UMKC) responded with 16 points and 5 rebounds and the former international guard Mikael Lindquist (193-83, agency: Court Side) scored 14 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Boras Basket maintains second position with 13-7 record having just -1 point less than leader LF Basket. Defending champion Norrkoping Dolphins dropped to the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Sodertalje. Boras Basket will play against Sundsvall Dragons (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Norrkoping Dolphins will have a break next round.
