An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Tel-Aviv. First ranked Maccabi T-A faced second-best Galil Gilboa. Host Maccabi T-A (10-1) smashed guests from Galil (7-4) 102-61. The game without a history. Maccabi T-A led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Galil Gilboa's 36 and made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Maccabi T-A players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Galil Gilboa's players. The game was dominated by American players. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-1 record. Galil Gilboa at the other side keeps the second place with four games lost. They share the position with Hapoel J-M. Maccabi T-A will play against Ironi Ashkelon (#7) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Galil Gilboa will play against Hapoel J-M (#3) in Jerusalem and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
