Very predictable result in Salamanca where second ranked Perfumerias Avenida (11-1) outscored 10th ranked Cajarural (4-8) 82-62. The game without a history. Perfumerias Avenida led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Perfumerias Avenida forced 19 Cajarural turnovers and outrebounded them 41-24 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for American guard DeWanna Bonner (193-87, college: Auburn, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who led her team to a victory with 21 points and 8 rebounds. The former international forward Marta Fernandez (178-81) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Four Perfumerias Avenida players scored in double figures. Perfumerias Avenida's coach Lucas Mondelo allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
