Bottom-ranked Valur is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their tenth consecutive match to fourth ranked Thor Thorl (6-4) 90-73 on Thursday evening. The guests trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-73. American guard James Hairston (191-85, college: California, PA) notched a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import guard Darrin Govens (185-88, college: St.Joseph's) supported him with 25 points. Even 23 points by American guard Garrison Johnson (196-88, college: Jackson St., agency: Strategic Sports) did not help to save the game for Valur.
