The game in Tallinn supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked BC Rakvere (10-4) played at the court of 6th ranked Tln Kalev (4-10). BC Rakvere smashed Tln Kalev 89-64. The game without a history. BC Rakvere led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 22-of-28 charity shots (78.6 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for Latvian center Kaspars Cipruss (210-82, agency: Interperformances) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Martin Dorbek (193-91) accounted for 13 points for the winning side. American forward Matt Shaw (203-88, college: UNLV) came up with 15 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import guard Brandis Raley-Ross (188-87, college: S.Carolina) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Tln Kalev in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BC Rakvere have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Tln Kalev lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with ten games lost. BC Rakvere will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tln Kalev will play on the road against the league's leader Tartu Ulikool (#1) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
