Very expected game when bottom-ranked Brandon (0-10) was rolled over at home by leader Regina (9-0) 92-46 on Saturday. The game without a history. Regina led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 26 Brandon turnovers and outrebounded them 58-42 including a 40-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Michelle Clarke (173-88, college: Purdue) fired 23 points for the winners. Center Alyssia Kajati (182) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Regina's coach Dave Taylor felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Aimee Johnston (185-93) produced 6 points and 11 rebounds and forward Jaynell Gillett (185-90) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Regina. They maintain first place with 9-0 record. Brandon lost their tenth game in a row. They still closes the standings with ten games lost.
