Bottom-ranked Eco Orebro (0-22) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 22th consecutive match to ninth ranked KFUM Jamtland (10-13) 94-71. The game was mostly controlled by KFUM Jamtland. Eco Orebro was better in fourth quarter 26-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian point guard Evaldas Zabas (188-88) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. American power forward Jason Stamper (200-85, college: Minnesota, agency: JEMsports) contributed with 21 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Stamper is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American center Bernard Toombs (208-87, college: Troy) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 17 rebounds and forward Pierre Hampton (198-91) added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Eco Orebro. Four KFUM Jamtland and five Eco Orebro players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. KFUM Jamtland maintains ninth position with 10-13 record. Eco Orebro at the other side still closes the standings. KFUM Jamtland's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Boras Basket on the road and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Eco Orebro will play against 08 Stockholm (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
