Not a big story in a game when 9th ranked Assi Ostuni (6-9) was defeated at home by second ranked Tuscany Pistoia (10-5) 90-84. The guests were ahead by 1 point but lost the second period ending it with a 6-point deficit before their 30-18 run, which allowed them to win the game. Tuscany Pistoia made 28-of-34 charity shots (82.4 percent) during the game. 30 personal fouls committed by Assi Ostuni helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
