Everything could happen in Minsk at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked BGUIR-RTI and 5th ranked SBK Osipovichi had identical 4-7 record. This time BGUIR-RTI used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Osipovichi 83-69. It looked good early as SBK Osipovichi took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then BGUIR-RTI had a 15-8 second period charge getting the lead and SBK Osipovichi was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 69-83. The best player for the winners was swingman Genniadiy Zakhar (198-92) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Aliaksandr Hrumiantsau (205-91) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international center Yury Mishukov (205-85) who recorded 17 points and 8 rebounds and guard Kiril Sitnik (190-89) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively. BGUIR-RTI have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place. SBK Osipovichi lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
