There was a small surprise when fourteenth ranked MOSiR Krosno (3-15) defeated at home 11th ranked Olimp MKS Start Lublin (8-10) 76-69 on Wednesday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 19-8. But Olimp MKS Start Lublin won second period 17-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. MOSiR Krosno made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Olimp MKS Start Lublin turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when MOSiR Krosno made 10 blocks. It was a great evening for forward Marcin Salamonik (202-83) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points. Guard Piotr Pluta (192-81, agency: Court Side) helped adding 16 points.
