The game in Santiado Estero was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Sionista (10-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Quimsa (7-8). Sionista managed to secure a 6-point victory 71-65 on Wednesday. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 15-8 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Sionista dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Quimsa's 28. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Matias Sandes (201-84) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds.
