There was no surprise when 6th ranked Visby Ladies (7-8) were crushed on the road by third ranked Solna Vikings (12-4) 76-56 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 31-10 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Solna Vikings dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Visby Ladies' 38. Solna Vikings forced 30 Visby Ladies turnovers. The game was dominated by American players. Swingman Pamela Rosanio (178-86, college: Massachusetts) stepped up and scored 20 points for the winners and swingman Christy Bacon (182-80, college: Wyoming) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds. Four Solna Vikings players scored in double figures. Swingman Ashleigh Brown (183-87, college: Miami, OH) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 20 rebounds and guard Jeannie Saunders (173-86, college: Salem Intern.) scored 20 points.
