Feve Oviedo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Feve Oviedo dominated on the defensive end, holding Tenerife to just 0 points in second quarter. They outrebounded Tenerife 33-22 including 20 on the defensive glass. American forward Bryan LeDuc (203, college: CS San Bernar.) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and forward Hector Macia (198-77) chipped in 19 points during the contest. Feve Oviedo's coach Alfredo Riera felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. point guard Ignacio Guigou (186-91) responded with 27 points and 4 assists and Cuban forward Georvys Elias (199-81) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Feve Oviedo maintains tenth position with 5-8 record. Tenerife lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the twelfth place with ten games lost. Feve Oviedo will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tenerife will play against Plasencia Extremadura (#13) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
