An interesting game took place in Aanekoski where higher ranked Aanekosken Huima (6-9) was upset on its own court by eleventh ranked Torpan Pojat (4-12) 100-92. The game without a history. Torpan Pojat led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for forward Julius Rajala (204-94) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Forward Lassi Kainulainen (195-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Treylon Manning (176-85, college: Texas Coll.) answered with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and the other American import swingman Justice Graham (198-79, college: Glenville St.) added 22 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Aanekosken Huima. Five Torpan Pojat and four Aanekosken Huima players scored in double figures. Torpan Pojat maintains eleventh place with 4-12 record. Aanekosken Huima at the other side keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. Torpan Pojat's next round opponent will be higher ranked Pyrinto II (#4) in Tampere and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
