The game between Top Four teams took place in Huskvarna. 4th placed host Brahe Basket (11-5) was smashed by second ranked Nassjo (13-2) 86-57. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Brahe Basket. The game without a history. Nassjo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 24 Brahe Basket turnovers and outrebounded them 46-32 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Karim Wazzi (173-88) who led the winners and scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Naturalized Serbian power forward Srdjan Damjanovic (204-79) accounted for 10 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Four Nassjo players scored in double figures. Guard Christoffer Henriks (192-92) came up with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Jamaican center Hugh Robinson (202-83) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Brahe Basket in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Nassjo have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain second place in South with 13-2 record behind leader Eagles. Brahe Basket at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Nassjo will play against league's leader Malbas in Malmo in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Brahe Basket will play on the road against Solna Branten and hopes to get back on the winning track.
