We should mention about the upset which took place in Badalona, where higher ranked Valencia Basket (8-9) lost to fifteenth ranked FIATC Joventut (6-11) in a road game 73-81. The hosts were already 14 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 28-22 Valencia Basket's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 81-73 at the end of the game.
