No shocking result in a game when second ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv (12-3) beat at home 9th ranked Elitzur Ramla (6-9) 112-94 on Tuesday. The game was mostly controlled by Hapoel Tel-Aviv. Elitzur Ramla was better in fourth quarter 30-29. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
