Rather expected game in Vitebsk where 6th ranked SBK Osipovichi (4-9) was defeated by third ranked Rubon (8-5) 81-75. The hosts were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 6-point deficit before their 23-11 run, which allowed them to win the game. Rubon forced 25 SBK Osipovichi turnovers. SBK Osipovichi was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Viktor Ovsepian (200-91) nailed a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds for the winning side and the former international guard Dmitri Akulich (192-86) accounted for 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.
