An interesting game took place in Netanya where higher ranked Hap.Petah Tikva (5-7) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Elitzur Netanya (4-9) 91-81 on Thursday. The game was mostly controlled by Elitzur Netanya. Hap.Petah Tikva managed to win third quarter 29-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Five Elitzur Netanya and four Hap.Petah Tikva players scored in double figures. Elitzur Netanya moved-up to ninth place. Hap.Petah Tikva lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with seven games lost. Elitzur Netanya will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Hap.Petah Tikva will play against the league's leader Maccabi Ashdod (#1) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
