Rather predictable result in Sydney, NS where third ranked Capers (8-5) defeated 7th ranked Varsity Reds (3-9) 83-73 on Friday. Capers dominated on the defensive end, holding Varsity Reds to just 1 points in second quarter. They made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Capers forced 20 Varsity Reds turnovers and outrebounded them 50-28 including a 32-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists.
