There was no surprise in Inowroclaw where 13th ranked Sportino (3-15) was defeated by fifth ranked Spojnia (12-7) 78-67 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-67. Spojnia forced 22 Sportino turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Spojnia made 10 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Adam Parzych (190-86, college: Bryant) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 4 assists and the former international point guard Jaroslaw Kalinowski (180-79) who added 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. The former international guard Grzegorz Kukielka (192-83) responded with 21 points and naturalized Puerto Rican guard Francis Jonathan Han (185-87, college: Fairfield) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Spojnia moved-up to fourth place. Loser Sportino keeps the thirteenth position with 15 games lost.
