We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams in Pruszkow where ninth ranked MKS Znicz Basket (10-8) smashed 8th ranked Polonia (10-9) 79-58 on Saturday. The game without a history. MKS Znicz Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MKS Znicz Basket moved-up to eighth place. Newly promoted Polonia dropped to the ninth position with nine games lost. MKS Znicz Basket will meet MOSiR Krosno (#14) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Polonia will play against P.Cukier SIDEn (#10) in Torun and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
