Top ranked Maccabi T-A (12-2) recorded its second loss in Tel-Aviv on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by eighth ranked Maccabi Ashdod (5-8) 78-73. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Maccabi T-A. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-73. 24 personal fouls committed by Maccabi T-A helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American power forward Josh Duncan (203-86) who scored 30 points and 7 rebounds.
