A very close game took place in Guelph, ON between Mustangs and Gryphons. Seventh ranked Mustangs (6-11) got a very close victory on the road over 6th ranked Gryphons (8-9). Mustangs managed to escape with a 3-point win 69-66 on Wednesday evening. Gryphons' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Mustangs maintains seventh position with 6-11 record. Gryphons lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Manitoba and Laurentian. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
