No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Solna Vikings (15-11) beat at home bottom-ranked Eco Orebro (2-25) 83-74. It looked good early as Eco Orebro took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Solna Vikings had a 23-18 second period charge getting the lead and Eco Orebro was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 74-83. The best player for the winners was American swingman Jonte Flowers (196-85, college: Winona St., agency: Warren Sports International) who scored 25 points. His fellow American import forward William Walker (201-87, college: Bethel, IN, agency: Warren Sports International) chipped in 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Solna Vikings players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Pierre Hampton (198-91) who recorded 22 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Demond Watt (200-89, college: Texas A&M-CC) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Solna Vikings have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Eco Orebro at the other side stay dead last with 25 lost games. Solna Vikings will have a break next round. Eco Orebro will play at home against Sundsvall Dragons (#6).
