No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Spartans (9-7) beat 10th ranked Wolfpack (5-10) in Langley, BC 89-77 on Friday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Spartans outrebounded Wolfpack 44-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for guard Sean Peter (191) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points and 15 rebounds. Guard Calvin Westbrook (193-88, college: CS Stanislaus) contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Spartans players scored in double figures.
