Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked KKL (3-7) was rolled over by fourth ranked Taiwan Mobile (4-7) 88-63 on Saturday. Taiwan Mobile was tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. They made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Taiwan Mobile forced 24 KKL turnovers. Canadian power forward Ryan Wright (206-87, college: Oklahoma) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and international point guard Yi-Chieh Su (181-87) chipped in 17 points and 7 assists. Five Taiwan Mobile players scored in double figures. American forward Antoine Broxsie (209-79, college: Oklahoma St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Chi-Chao Hung (188-82) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Taiwan Mobile maintains fourth place with 4-7 record. Loser KKL dropped to the fifth position with seven games lost. Taiwan Mobile will face league's second-placed Pure Youth in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KKL will play against Bank of Taiwan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
