Bottom-ranked Kolibri/U-16 is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their 19th consecutive match to seventh ranked Latvijas Universitate (5-15) 61-54 on Saturday evening. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 61-54. Latvijas Universitate forced 19 Kolibri/U-16 turnovers. Guard Laura Purina (171-90, college: Northwestern (WY)) nailed 8 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winning side and guard Anete Vorma (165-89) accounted for 9 points and 5 rebounds. point guard Kate Kreslina (178-96) came up with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and center Paula Luke (185-96) added 9 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Kolibri/U-16 in the defeat.
