Host Niigata Albirex was defeated by Sendai 89ers in a tough game in Niigata 62-66. The guests trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back getting tie in the second period and winning the second half and won the game by 4 points. Sendai 89ers moved-up to fifth place. Niigata Albirex lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the third position with 14 games lost.
