No shocking result in a game when second ranked Ramat Hasharon (11-4) beat at home 6th ranked Hap.Petah Tikva (6-8) 82-70. They outrebounded Hap.Petah Tikva 47-33 including 32 on the defensive glass. Ramat Hasharon players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American players dominated also this game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Alysha Clark (178-87, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and forward Jessica Breland (190-88, college: N.Carolina) who added 14 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Five Ramat Hasharon players scored in double figures. At the losing side swingman Sheri Lynette Sam (183-74, college: Vanderbilt, agency: Ronsport) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Kaili McLaren (188-88, college: Connecticut) scored 18 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. Ramat Hasharon have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 11-4 record behind leader Maccabi Ashdod, which they share with Elitzur Ramla. Hap.Petah Tikva at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. Ramat Hasharon will play against Elitzur Netanya (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
