Regular Season Round 18: Mann Filter - Cadi ICG S. 62-68

The most important game in the last round took place in Zaragoza between third ranked Mann Filter (12-6) and eighth ranked Cadi la Seu (10-8) on Wednesday night. Mann Filter was defeated by Cadi la Seu in a tough game at home 62-68. Mann Filter trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 24-18 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 62-68 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was Latvian guard Kristine Karklina (175-83) who scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. American guard Adrianne Ross (173-84, college: TCU, agency: Merit Sports) chipped in 17 points. Four Cadi la Seu players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Queralt Casas (180-92) who recorded 15 points and 5 rebounds and Bulgarian forward Jaklin Zlatanova (190-88) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Cadi la Seu moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Mariana. Mann Filter at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with Rivas Ecopolis. Cadi la Seu is looking forward to face Gran Canaria (#8) in Las Palmas in the next round. Mann Filter will play on the road against Joventud Mariana (#7) in Soller and is hoping to win this game.
