Everything went according to plan in Caracas where third ranked Guaiqueries (6-1) beat bottom-ranked Panteras (1-7) 80-75 on Friday. Panteras were trailing by 6 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 24-15 charge of Guaiqueries, which allowed them to win the game. They held Panteras to an opponent 0.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 0.0 percent accuracy of the winners. Americans were the main players on the court.
