Not a big story in a game in Puerto La Cruz where 4th placed Gigantes (4-3) were defeated by leader Marinos (6-0) 97-80 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Marinos. Gigantes was better in fourth quarter 21-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Marinos held Gigantes to an opponent 0.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 0.0 percent accuracy of the winners.
