Date: February 11, 2012
No shocking result in a game when first ranked Aishin Sea Horses (22-8) beat bottom-ranked Toshiba Thunders (4-26) in Kariya 67-55 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Aishin Sea Horses. Toshiba Thunders was better in third quarter 17-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Toshiba Thunders to just 5 points in second quarter. It was a good game for the former international power forward J.R. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Aishin Sea Horses have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 22-8 record. Loser Toshiba Thunders stay dead last with 26 lost games. Aishin Sea Horses will face Hokkaido L.
