The game between closely ranked teams ended with 4th placed Voyageurs' (9-11) road loss to third ranked Rams (12-8) 80-100 on Saturday. The game without a history. Rams led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 28-of-35 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game, while Voyageurs only scored twelve points from the stripe. It was a great shooting night for Rams especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. Voyageurs were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. International point guard Jahmal Jones (183-91) stepped up and scored 25 points, 7 assists and 5 steals for the winners and Jordon Gauthier chipped in 23 points and 7 rebounds. Four Rams players scored in double figures. Guard Isiah Pasquale (191) responded with 25 points and guard Eric Ducharme (196) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Voyageurs' coach rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Rams have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain third place with 12-8 record having just -4 points less than leader Saskatchewan. Loser Voyageurs keep the fourth position with 11 games lost.
