Everything went according to plan in Bielsk Podlaski where fourth ranked Tur Bielsk Pdl. (11-6) outscored 12th ranked Pulaski Warka (4-14) 116-97 on Saturday. The game without a history. Tur Bielsk Pdl. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 35-of-44 free shots (79.5 percent) during the game. Tur Bielsk Pdl. forced 31 Pulaski Warka turnovers and outrebounded them 42-31 including a 29-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for forward Lukasz Kuczynski (194-85) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 17 rebounds. Forward Arkadiusz Zabielski (195-84) helped adding 22 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Tur Bielsk Pdl. players scored in double figures. Tur Bielsk Pdl.'s coach Andrej Sinielnikow used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Pawel Adamczyk (186-84) responded with 31 points and 5 rebounds and guard Rafal Sobilo (188-89) scored 27 points and 4 blocks. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Tur Bielsk Pdl.. They moved-up to third place in Group C, which they share with Handlopex AZS. Newly promoted Pulaski Warka keeps the twelfth position with 14 games lost. Tur Bielsk Pdl. will face AZS II Polit.W-wa (#13) in Warszawa in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Pulaski Warka will play at home against MKS Limbach in Limanowa.
